1.Daily Maintenance

Cleaning: Before startup, wipe the die lip with a soft cloth to remove residual material and carbides. After shutdown, promptly clean the residual material and grease off the die, pressure rollers and traction rollers.

Lubrication Inspection: Visually check whether all lubrication points (e.g., pressure roller bearings, chains) are lubricated and free from oil leakage.

Key Parameter Verification:Temperature: Check if the temperature control of each heating zone (barrel, die) is accurate and stable.Pressure: Observe whether the melt pressure of the main machine fluctuates within the normal range.Operation Status: Listen for abnormal vibration or noise during equipment operation; check if the uniformity and thickness of the extruded sheet are stable.

Auxiliary Systems: Confirm that the cooling water circuit is unobstructed and the vacuum or exhaust system is functioning properly.

2.Weekly Maintenance

In-depth Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the internal flow channels of the die (special polishing paste can be used). Clean the area of the screen changer unit.

Wear Inspection:Bolts/Nuts: Inspect and tighten the bolts of key connecting parts such as equipment anchor bolts, couplings and flanges.Transmission System: Check the tightness and wear condition of the transmission belts or chains.Instruments: Calibrate portable testing tools such as infrared thermometers.

Lubrication Replenishment: According to the equipment manual, replenish grease at points requiring regular lubrication

3.Monthly/Regular Maintenance

Heating Elements and Sensors:Translation: Check whether the heating coils and thermocouples are intact, tighten the wiring connections, and ensure accurate temperature control.

Gearbox/Reducer:Check the oil level and oil quality, and replace the lubricating oil according to the cycle specified in the manual.

Electrical System:Clean the dust inside the electrical control cabinet and check for loose wiring terminals to prevent electrical failures.

Hydraulic/Pneumatic System:Check the sealing performance of oil cylinders/air cylinders, clean the filters, and verify that the oil pressure and air pressure are stable.

Screw and Barrel:Check the wear of the screw and the smoothness of the barrel inner wall, which is crucial for maintaining plasticizing capacity and pressure stability.
