This full-automatic extrusion line is professionally built for manufacturing carbon spiral reinforced HDPE pipes. By integrating a continuous carbon spiral structure into the pipe wall, the finished products deliver far higher stiffness and compression resistance than ordinary HDPE pipes, solving the weakness of low bearing capacity of common plastic pipes.

The whole production process from material mixing, extrusion, spiral forming and vacuum shaping to fixed-length cutting and finished product stacking is fully automated. 4. Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank

5. Haul-off & Automatic Cutting Machine

6. Finished Product Receiving Rack
