1. Extrusion system
• Single screw/twin screw extruder: responsible for raw material melting and plasticization
• Drive motor and reducer: provide power support
• Heating and cooling device: accurately control processing temperature
2. Molding system
• Mold (die head): determine the size and shape of the pipe
• Sizing sleeve: ensure the accuracy of the outer diameter
• Vacuum shaping box: ensure geometric stability through negative pressure shaping technology
3. Traction system
• Crawler tractor: maintain a stable stretching speed
• Speed regulating device: accurately control the production speed
4. Cutting system
• Automatic cutting saw: realize the fixed length cutting function
5. Auxiliary equipment
• Mixer: guarantee the uniformity of raw material pretreatment mixing
