(1) Raw material mixing: PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer in proportion and order, the materials are heated to the process temperature of the self-friction material and the machine, and then the materials are cooled to 40-50 degrees by the chiller; so they can be fed into the extruder hopper.
(2) Extruder part: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device to match the extrusion amount with the feeding amount to ensure stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feed part has a larger diameter, the shear rate and heat transfer area of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter screw metering part reduces the heat transfer area and shear effect. The melting speed allows the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head, thereby achieving compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; achieving the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feed device and the screw transmission device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve synchronous speed regulation.
(3) Extrusion die head: After the PVC is compacted, melted and stirred evenly, the screw pushes the subsequent materials to the extrusion die head. The extrusion die is a key component for pipe forming.
(4) The vacuum forming water tank is used for pipe forming and cooling. The vacuum forming water tank is equipped with a vacuum forming cooling system and a water circulation system. The stainless steel box body is cooled by circulating water spraying. The vacuum forming water tank is equipped with a back and forth moving device and a left and right and height adjustment manual device.
(5) The tractor adopts a continuous automatic lead-out head cooling hardening pipe and frequency conversion speed regulation.
(6) Cutting machine: controlled by a travel switch, it automatically cuts according to the required length, and delays the rotation of the rack to realize flow production. The cutting machine completes the entire cutting process with the fixed length working switch signal as the instruction. The operation is synchronized, and the cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drives. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to suck away the debris generated by cutting in time and recycle it.
(7) The material moves in the air through the cylinder control circuit to realize the material movement. The material rack is equipped with a limit device. When the saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be transported. After a period of time, the cylinder enters the working state, realizes the movement of materials, and achieves the purpose of unloading. After unloading, it automatically resets after a delay of a few seconds and waits for the next cycle.
