Our machines feature a modular design that facilitates customization. First, the machines are equipped with multiple extruders. Each extruder is responsible for melting and extruding different types of plastic materials. For example, one extruder may be used to process the inner layer of PE-RT material, while another extruder is used to process the different type of polymer required for the outer layer.
The extruders are connected to a co-extrusion die. This die is the core of the multilayer pipe production process, where the different layers of plastic converge. The die is designed to precisely control the thickness and shape of each layer, ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire length of the multilayer pipe.
We are also equipped with a cooling system. After the multilayer pipe emerges from the die, it must be cooled rapidly to solidify the layers. Our cooling system combines water cooling and air cooling to achieve this. Water cooling helps rapidly lower the pipe's temperature, while air cooling completes the cooling process and prevents any warping or deformation.
Another key aspect is the control system. Our machines are equipped with advanced control systems that allow operators to monitor and adjust the production process in real time. They can control the extruder speed, material temperature, and die pressure. This level of control ensures high precision and high-quality production of multilayer pipes.
