2. Mold Forming and Setting:Form a stable hollow structure
The mold determines the thickness and hollow structure of the sheet. Vacuum setting is the core technology, which can precisely control the thickness (tolerance ≤ 0.2 mm) and shape.
3. Cooling and Cutting:Fix the shape and achieve the final dimensions
The water-cooled setting table rapidly cools and sets the sheet. A high-precision cutting system (tolerance ± 0.5 mm) is adopted for cutting.
