Core Operating Principle
1. Vacuum Suction for Precise Shaping: After the high-temperature tube blank enters the vacuum tank, it passes through a precisely sized "sizing sleeve." At the same time, a powerful vacuum pump extracts the air between the sizing sleeve and the outer wall of the tube, creating a negative pressure. Under the force of external atmospheric pressure, the flexible tube wall is firmly adhered to the inner wall of the sizing sleeve, thereby precisely defining the outer diameter and achieving perfect roundness, effectively preventing deformation.
2. Rapid cooling, shape stabilization: While vacuum suction forming is underway, the tank's spray system continuously sprays cooling water to rapidly and uniformly cool the tube. This quickly "locks" the tube's newly formed shape, eliminates internal stresses, and prevents deformation during subsequent cooling and drawing processes.
Four Core Functions
1. Ensuring precise dimensions and perfect roundness: This is the primary function of the vacuum calibration tank. By utilizing suction and the constraining effect of the sizing sleeve, it ensures that the outer diameter of the tubing remains consistent and maintains a perfect circular shape, thereby preventing scrap caused by elliptical deformation.
2. Improving surface quality: As the tubing adheres to the smooth inner wall of the sizing sleeve, its outer surface becomes exceptionally smooth, resulting in superior surface finish.
3. Ensuring excellent physical properties: By eliminating internal stresses generated during the cooling process, the vacuum calibration tank ensures that the pipe is less prone to cracking during subsequent use and exhibits superior long-term pressure resistance.
4. Achieving Efficient and Stable Production: As a key component linking the extrusion process to subsequent stages, its efficient operation significantly increases production line speed. A stable control system (such as one utilizing fully automatic negative pressure closed-loop control) can automatically adjust the vacuum level according to production requirements, ensuring stable production while reducing energy consumption and costs.
