1. Carry out comprehensive inspection: covering mechanical equipment, electrical systems and pneumatic components to ensure that there is no damage and smooth operation, and eliminate any possible safety hazards.

2. Maintain cleanliness: regularly remove dirt and dust on the production line, especially the transmission and sliding parts, to maintain smooth operation of the equipment.

3. Regularly lubricate the equipment: implement appropriate lubrication measures according to the manufacturer's guidelines, use suitable lubricants, reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment.

4. Calibrate the equipment status: verify that each component is accurately positioned and adjust the equipment parameters to the optimal level to ensure product quality control.

5. Timely repair and replacement: in the face of worn or damaged parts, repair or replace them quickly to avoid small problems causing major failures.

6. Strengthen personnel training: conduct secondary training for operators to deepen their understanding of equipment structure, operating principles and daily maintenance, thereby reducing operating errors.

7. Develop a maintenance system: establish a detailed maintenance plan, including cycles, content and standards, to ensure institutionalized maintenance and improve equipment reliability and life.

8. Implement preventive maintenance: Prevent the risk of failure and reduce non-productive time through regular inspection, cleaning, lubrication and other steps.

9. Quickly respond to emergencies: When encountering a failure, the emergency plan should be immediately activated, including fault diagnosis and parts replacement, to ensure that the production line returns to normal quickly.

10. Consider technology upgrades: When necessary, modernize the production line, apply advanced technology and equipment, and promote efficiency and product quality.
